i have been given the position of office manager and i need motivational tricks.?
I need to know all motivational tips that are possible for a telesales office i tried google but you have to pay for the answers.

i dont have expierence as a manager, but think when you were reporting to your boss, what pissed you off, what made you be like “o sweet”,
the shit that got you mad before will piss off your employees.
make sure your understanding and friendly, dont flip out or yell at them. it will decrease moral and not have them be like “that dudes a prick”
try to motivate them, telling theve done good, and be positive. But dont make it sound like bullshit, ive had bosses, some of them just pretty much said bullshit.
say they want time off, dont make it seem like they blew up the building, find out why, but dont sound like your not gonna let it happen and pressure them to stay
dont fucken do that, it will make them not be able to talk to you without predicting how this asshole isnt gonna let me leave. you want them to like you and be able to talk to you.
remember school, when you had a bitch teacher and all your friends were in class? no one liked or had a good time or enjoyed learning, or talked to her because she did nothing but yell? try to be the cool teacher, who makes it fun, makes it original, who makes them try their best, but is solid and doesnt get taken advantage of.
the more happy they are, the better they work, the more comfterable they can talk to you without feared of their input getting ignored or yelled at, more progress can be made.
not everyone will be happy, but make the best of it and if your a dickhead you wont be respected and wont try thier best
