When and how to start potty training?

I hae 15 month old twin boys. I live about 3000 miles away from any family that could show me what to do. What are some of your techniques for potty training?

I have a 2 yr old son and twin 3 yr old sons. The twins are twice as hard to train since well there are two of them.

best time for them would be at or after age 2.
My 2 yr old is showing interest since his big brothers are doing the ” Potty Thing ”
He will tell you when he is ready, opps I meant “they” will tell you.
Dry mornings or nap times are very good signs they are physically ready. Recognizing they are going when they are going is a good way. Wanting to strip their diapers off is a sign they dont want them any more. Wait a minute, That last one can also be a sing of they just want to be naked. Oh well, they are only little for a little while.

How much does alcohol affect athletics training?

I am one of the best sprinters in the contry (top 3) and my best chance to win the national championships is next febuary. If I drink now (this weekend) and at Christmas/new year will this effect my chances in febuary? I know it might effect training but I’m not training right now anyway because of the snow. (I’ve not trained this week but I usually train 4-5 times a week.) I just want to know if drinking now will badly effect my performance?

It shouldn’t effect you, remember the line. “Always in Moderation” and you should be fine, just don’t plan on jogging the same day at least. Drink plenty of water and should be out of your system plenty quick.

What is the easiest way to start potty training a boy?

My son is 2 and a half and I would like to start potty training him. I have only potty trained girls before and didn’t really know how to start with a boy. Does anyone have any advice on how to start and the easiest methods that worked?

My son is also 2 1/2 years old and he wants NOTHING to do with the potty I have tried for about 1 month now and NOTHING! god help me
