Question:

How much training to Y!A staff get who are in charge of deleting and reviewing appeals?

I am talking about the people who make the calls regarding the deleting of questions and answers on Yahoo!Answers and appeals of such deletions. How much training do they get and what is the form of that training? Is there a manual or something? Can anyone see it? It would be helpful with not breaking any rules here.

Where can I receive pizza making training?

I am planning to open a Pizza chain store in China. I want to find a short term course for making good Italian pizza. I have basic knowledge of make pizza with commercial catering equipment. Howevere, I want to receive some formal training to ensure successful business.

i think it would be best to come to the states and get a job with a small pizza establishment and learn to make it their way, first taste a lot of pizzas to see which one you like the best, and try to get a job there.

Question:

How does one start their horse on natural horsemanship training?

I am about to buy a three-year-old Arab/Andalusian cross. He’s small, around 14.3. He is greenbroke, and I’m able to ride him, but he lacks all fundamentals and skills. He doesn’t know proper leg commands, he weaves, he’s “looky”, etc. I would really like to train him myself using natural horsemanship. How does one begin natural horsemanship training? What are some fundamentals? What are the pros and cons of this method? Any other information on it would also be appreciated. Thank you.

Buy Pat Parelli’s book called Natural Horsemanship. It will answer all of the questions you have and then you will always have it to refer back to. It’s a wonderful book that explains all of the fundamentals of Natural Horsemanship and how to achieve them. Good luck and congrats on your new horse!

What to pack for a combined training camp?

I am thinking about going to a combined training horse camp for the summer. Can someone let me know what the ideal things i would need to bring? Like clothes and any other important items?

ah lucky!! I would pack lots of breeches [obviously ha ha] probably tank tops if it is going to be hot! You’re riding gear [boots, chaps/half chaps, gloves helmet etc] is a huge help! I cant really think of anything special you will need besides the obvious. Have fun! I’m so jealous!!
