Absolutely. Just call Microsoft tech support. Or Dell. You will talk to someone in India. Much of this business is centered in Bangalore. Really smart and hard-working Indians are willing to work for less money than really smart and hard-working Americans.

They aren’t goen Julie, just get paid less a day than it costs an American to get to work, and they talk a little different.
noep scaerdrys, the industry is still alive, they are just pay their workers less a day than it costs Americans to get to work.
trekd IBEW doesn’t cal people asking you if you want to buy extended warrantees, or want credit card protection.
Those are electrical workers.

When a telemarketer calls your house, or you call a customer service line, does it matter to you who you get?

on the line? Like if you get a man or a woman, will that determine if you were to buy something from the telemarketer, or think you customer service was better?

I hang up on telemarketers – do not call list – what a blessing – I think telemarketing is obsolete – been replaced by internet shopping & if I call customer service about something – doesn’t matter who I talk to – as long as they can resolve the issue
