What are some good sales pitches for selling portraits?

I’m an Aqcuisition Sales Representative/Trainer at Olan Mills Portrait Studio, I sell pre-paid packages to customers who want to get a great deal on photos. I’m already a trainer so I know what i’m doing but if you could think of a few cool and fun sales pitches, or good ways to get people at the mall to stop and listen i’ll give best answer.

tell them the story behind the photo or paintings… some people are more interested with the stories behind these art pieces rather than how it looks…

What is the fastest way to find sales leads when selling alarms?

I sell alarms but I run out of leads that turn in to good sales. How do I find good leads?

There’s always the Italian mafia approach, arrange for some punks to do some smash and grabs and then canvas the area. Just make sure the punks don’t fence the stuff in the same state, maybe even get them to just dispose of them without a trace, you don’t want one getting caught and leading back to you.

Hi. I am planning on creating my web site for the cattery I own. My question is if I am requiered to charge sales tax for selling kittens online.
Are pets taxable in stores?

A taxable sale is a taxable sale regardless of how you and the buyer get together. If pets are taxable over the counter in MA, they’re taxable on a web storefront if delivered in MA.

Edit: MA typically only exempts clothing items below 5, prescription drugs, and grocery food items from tax. Check with the MA DOR website and register to collect and render sales taxes if you will be making taxable sales.

How do you negotiate with used car sales associates and with individuals selling preowned cars?

I’m going to buy a used car soon. How do you negotiate with a used car sales associate for the best price? And how do you negotiate with an individual that’s selling his/her used car? Thanks.

Have an idea what the car is worth first so you know if the selling price is in the ballpark. Don’t fall in love with that particular car; there are thousands and thousands of used cars out there. Get a carfax report if you can and be prepared to walk away immediately if you can’t come to an agreement or if the seller balks about having your mechanic check it out.
