how long have you been registered on the do not call list?

if it has been less than 30 days then you are not fully protected yet by businesses that you do not have a current or recent relationship with..

many callers are exempt from the do not call registry -
non-profit companies soliciting donations
surveys
political calls
businesses that you have a current or recent (i think it is 2 or 3 months in the past) relationship with
any businesses that you provide your number for additional information.

If you have some kind of phone service where you’re charged for incoming phone calls, you would have to pay.

I’ve never heard of any such type of service, though. Usually you only pay for outgoing calls.

On me cell phone I get constant voice messages from wells fargo with a prerecorded message hoping I will apply for a loan. I put my number on the national registry and they stopped for about 2 weeks and started back up again. They even call at 10 minutes after seven in the morning, I didnt think they could call that early either. What can I do?
They are not my bank and I havent given the phone # out to any business.
