I believe you are correct. He made 13 calls with an expected sales rate of 14%.

(13 x 0.14) = 1.82

I get agressive and swear at them, make them hang up on you – then they put you on their real blacklist that actually does work and they stop calling you.

There is a national “don’t call list” that you can list on. It cuts out 95% or the annoying cold calls or telemarketing calls you worry about. I’m on it. I’ve felt the same way as you before.

{Your phone number with the last four digits “—-” was most recently registered in the National Do Not Call Registry on June 30, 2006. Most telemarketers will be required to stop calling you 31 days from your registration date.}
