What is the best strength training if you’re naturally fast & quick, endurance or strength?
I’m very fast and quick naturally, and I strength train but I was wondering what would be the best strength training based upon my physical make up. Endurance strength training or High Resistance strength training? When it comes to street fights.

It’s not an either or, but a “both”.
While you should go with your strength which in your case is speed, you should not ignore strength training. What good is speed if your strikes does not even phase your opponent. There are fighters out there in the world who are quite willing to take a hit in order to get into position to do serious damage to you. And if you can’t persuade them that your sting will hurt like hell, then he will just keep on coming at you.
Speed without endurance is useless. All the other guy has to do is tire you out, and you are toast.
Plus, sometimes the best solution is to out run your attacker(s), and you need speed and endurance for that.
