How do you set up your website to calculate sales tax for all the different counties in NY?

I need to set up my website to calculate sales tax for specific counties, which do not necessarily correspond to the purchaser’s zip code. Any ideas? This is NOT my day job!

After you go through the tax set up Wizard on Yahoo Store and set your State Sales tax, you can add a row for each county.
