i would say that the biggest thing is to not answer. If you don’t answer, they assume that the phone number is invalid or abandoned. Also, if for some reason you do answer, be polite and say no thank you. they are more likely to not call you back if you are nice and dont yell at them.

it may take quite a few times of ignoring their calls but eventually they’ll give up.

You have AT&T service, so they will not be blocked by the Do Not Call Registry.
When they call, you need to say “I would like to talk to your supervisor”. When that person comes on the phone…and they should…you need to say “I do not want AT&T internet service, nor do I want you to keep calling me about it.” “If you continue to call, I will gladly find another phone service provider.”

We’ve never had a problem with them calling and asking if we want another one of their services.

I would ask to speak with a supervisor next time they call. Escalate your complaint to them and advise them that you could switch service if this annoyance cant be stopped.

you are a customer of ATT so they are exempt from the do not call registry…

tell them to remove them from there telemarketing list…

Say, “No I do not want your internet service and please remove my name from your call list.” They’re then supposed to remove you from the list and not call you about that any more. If they do, ask to speak to their supervisor and ask why you’re being harassed by their telemarketers when you politely asked to be removed from their telemarketing list. If you don’t get this resolved at the lower level, keep asking for someone higher up until you do.
