would you work as a telemarketer? please help?

I got a job in San Francisco working as a telemarketer, which I really don’t want to do. have you ever tried to convice someone to buy something they really don’t need? The hours suck(4:00-8:30pm mon-fri) plus it’s part-time 24 hours week. I also don’t have a car, so I must take public transportation (bus-$ 1.75 1 way, and Bart 6.20 round-trip) that means I walk out of work, only making 30 bucks a day. It just doesn’t seem like it’s worth paying all that money for nothing. what would you do? 400-600 phone calls in 4 hours? seems like way to many calls.

What are the requirements for a sales associate at victorias secret?

I’m just curious if there are a certain total of sales you have to meet or a number of credit card sales goals you have to meet on a daily basis?

No quotas or minimum sales targets. You will be judged against the other sales staff. If one person only sells 1/4 of the others, they will be counseled to find out the reason. If they can’t ever “master” the job, they would be let go.

our number is on the ‘do not call’ list so luckily we dont get hassled by those. if they call, tell them not to… scare them away!

I am planning to open a Pizza chain store in China. I want to find a short term course for making good Italian pizza. I have basic knowledge of make pizza with commercial catering equipment. Howevere, I want to receive some formal training to ensure successful business.

i think it would be best to come to the states and get a job with a small pizza establishment and learn to make it their way, first taste a lot of pizzas to see which one you like the best, and try to get a job there.
